Custom Snap Bar Silicone Mould
A personalised silicone mold for wax with your own company logo and/or name engraved on the snapbar.
Each snap bar is approximately the smae dimensions and finished weight as a standard clamshell.
The fee for the molds will be broken down as:
A one off fee of £25 to create the design, cut the acrylic blanks and glue them together used to make the molds then £11 per individual mold there after. Plus VAT.
Once purchase is complete you will be required to send over your logo via email to admin@designedwithatwist.com and we will proceed from there. We will only proceed once you have sent us your artwork. If after we receive your logo/image and made contact with you we are for whatever reason are unable to get a good representation of your logo/name other options will be discussed via email reply or the money will be refunded back to you.
Due to the nature of this if you are wanting large quantities of molds these will take longer to produce.
The photo in the listing is an example of the finish and final wax melt from our own molds created in the same way.
Our silicone is rated to temperatures of 230 degrees C and is not food safe as standard although we are able to upgrade to food grade upon request and for a small fee.
We will keep hold of your blanks and all subsequent molds will be without the setup fee. We will not cut any blanks until we have your final approval on the design so please ensure you keep an eye on your emails for our correspondence.
Please note that the mold cavities will dull and this in natural and unavoidable. Micas, fragrances, glitter and the wax itself will cause this to happen, however the detail will remain.
REPEAT MOLD OPTION:
This option is to be used by customers who have already been through the design and approval process and for who we hold the master blanks. This is for customers who have already received their first molds and are ordering repeats This option can be added to your cart multiple times for as many molds as you would like to purchase. If you purchase this option and we do not hold your blanks we will issue a refund.
Silicone moulds will come in a random colour and we do not accept colour requests unless specified in the listing.
We use high quality platinum cure silicone that is food safe and can handle up to 230C (440F). We also de-gas our silicone before pouring the molds meaning they are great for use with wax, soap, resin, jesmonite, chocolate and for baking.
