Processing & Shipping Times
Christmas
With the festive period slowly approaching we wanted to thank you for your amazing and valued support throughout 2024 and to also outline our christmas opening and processing times.
We will be taking our christmas break from the 20th December to the 6th January. We will be leaving our stores open during this time but from Monday 16th December no orders will begin processing and dispatch until our return on January 7th.
Orders placed on or after the 13th December will not start to be processed until we return in 2025.

Processing Times
We endeavor to have orders dispatched within 5 WORKING days from the received payment. These times may differ slightly during busy times such as Christmas, or for large orders and orders with multiples of the same item. Sale orders especially Mega Sale orders are expected to take substantially longer than the 5 WORKING days due to the the nature of the sales. Should you be concerned that your order is taking an exceptionally long time please feel free to drop us an email at admin@designedwithatwist.com. Whilst we do work extremely hard to meet the 5 working day processing time this cannot be guaranteed due to the hand made nature of our items.
Custom Molds
We endeavor to dispatch custom molds to you within 4 weeks of the mockup approval. However large custom orders may take longer due to the volume of work needing to be carried out, if this is the case this will be discussed with you at the time of ordering. When completing custom orders we need to be in contact with you throughout the process for design approvals etc. If we are unable to receive a response from you or your response is delayed unfortunately this will have a knock-on effect to the processing time of your order. We will not send out a custom order that has not been approved.
Shipping Times
For UK shipping please allow 7 WORKING days once dispatched for your order to arrive.
For international shipping please allow 20 WORKING days once dispatched for your order to arrive.
The above timescales are likely to be extended during busy times such as Christmas as postal services are under much more strain at these periods so please bare this in mind when you order as once the parcel has left our hands we have no control over the shipping times.
Custom orders can be upgraded to priority/tracked shipping and this will be discussed at the point of ordering.
